The name First Light Nutrition originates from the first rays of light that are seen on the most easterly part of the UK coast in Suffolk at sunrise. Sunrise is a beautiful and optimistic beginning to a fresh new day.

I offer both face-to-face consultations locally in Halesworth and Beccles as well as online.
